have been billed 3 times monthly since September of 2024 and when I would try to sign to my account I was told I dont have an account.i have never once been able to open or use this product. I would be seeking a full refund of $35 a month for 12 months.
I'm not closing an account and expecting to get refunded on something I used. I'm closing the charges on an account I never had.
I called cost service on oct.31st and told them of my situation and was told " yes I could get refunded and the refund dept will be calling me back in 15 minutes to start refund process. It's now Nov 4th and no one has called me back.
I've already sent claim for refund on the pissed consumer app. And have not heard anything on that either.
I tried calling again on Nov 4th explained my situation the response was " I have to end this conversation" and she hung up on me.
Also she said she was also unable to locate my account.
After that conversation I did for the first time recieve a welcome to adblocker and a directory on signing into my account. I couldn't get a account that I very much wanted and now im being welcomed to an account that I seriously do not want.
Also I mistakenly quoted that last 4 on my card and wanted to instead give the last 4 of my account.
I'll be expecting to hear back and we can rectify this whole situation very soon.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
The company is good especially the customer service, I just didn't want it on my cause it blocks calls that I need to get. There not in contacts and they come in and I don't get them with adblock that's the only reason I don't like it.

I have no account number. Yet I am being charged. No ads are blocked.
Found charges for 12 months. ( Thought I had cancelled service).
Thought charges were stopped. Accidentally thought I would try the service again! Not one ad was blocked. My mistake, can u help me get out of this?

Company is a scam. Paid for app on 01/20/2026, resulting in three charges to CC: $38.98, $1.99, and $39.
Charged again on 01/23 for $38.96. Tried to download and received another charge. I have been on the 'chat box' 4 times this a.m.
and could not get the tech to talk on the phone. The last conversation suggested I let the bank dispute the charges.

I really appreciate it if you get back to me ASAP. How do you justify that one company took the same amount of money from one subscription that should be at least a year after, not just every week?
You should say all this whether being subscribed or not. You should know what's right; therefore, it's not right just taking someone else's money with just one click.

I somehow got an Adblock Premium account and called when it happened. The woman said she cancelled it.
I had been getting charged $10.38 every 12 days for the next year. I cancelled 3 of my debit cards and got a new # each time and a week later they were hitting up my account again Finally after almost a year I figured out how to contact them via telephone. I hung up very satisfied with my account cancelled and closed and have 3 emails confirming it. Thank you to the Representative who helped me out.
He was amazing! And I DON'T recommend AdBlock as a reliable company.
